All sales and membership fees are final once the student has had access to our private student portal or have received a signal via our WhatsApp Broadcast List. To avoid future payments it is advised that students cancel their membership subsciption through their Payfast account if they registered, or if they used a Credit/Debit Card, they can email us at email@example.com to request a cancellation. In the event a student forgets to request cancellation before their payment is processed, we will refund their funds ONLY if there is no record of them accessing any of our products or services after the payment was processed. If there is a record of access on any level, a refund will not be allowed.
Our Cancellation Policy:
For those who purchased through their Payfast account, it is required that students do so from within their Payfast account. For those who used a Credit/Debit Card they should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request cancellation. Failing to do so can result in further charges on your account. If we find that students accessed any of our products or services after payment was processed, then we will not refund any portion of the payment. If any student fail to make their subscription payment on time, or if their automated payment fail to process successfully, they will be removed immediately from The CCM™ Training Academy.
In the event a student fails to pay their subscription fee, they will have 5 days to remit payment before they will be required to pay DOUBLE the joining fee to return to the training.
Membership terms are on a 30-day/90-day/yearly basis. You can cancel your membership at any time. To avoid charges, you MUST either cancel your subscription through Payfast if you used Payfast to process the payment, or if you used a Credit/Debit Card, please contact us to cancel your membership before the payment is processed. There will be absolutely no refunds if the student has accessed our products and services after the payment has processed.
Accessing Our Student Portal
As a member of CCM™ Training Academy, you will have access to the private Student Portal. that is password protected. Our website security system is sophisticated and have IP address tracking and can detect if/when there are logins from random locations from around the world. If during your membership I come to the conclusion that you have given someone access to our Student Portal, will your membership be immediately terminated. I have a 0% tolerance for this and will not stand to have my hard efforts to help people from all over compromised.
Site Functionality and Maintenance
The CCM™ Trading Academy site will from time to time undergo changes or updates to assure that each student is able to access the site with ease. If there are major updates being done that may result in outages of the site, you will be notified ahead of time. If the site is not accessible for more than a days time, membership extensions will be granted of the amount of time not accessible.
In the event a current student wants to upgrade to a higher membership, he/she could do so and only pay the difference in the current price, as long as it’s within 14 days of them originally joining their current membership. In the event it’s outside of the 14-day period, the student will have to pay the full price to join the new membership. Any students who cancels their subscription, will automatically have to pay the FULL price for any membership if they wish to return.
